betreffend die Abänderung der Verordnung über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea
Aufgrund von Art. 2 des Gesetzes vom 10. Dezember 2008 über die Durchsetzung internationaler Sanktionen (ISG), LGBl. 2009 Nr. 41, unter Einbezug der aufgrund des Zollvertrages anwendbaren schweizerischen Rechtsvorschriften und der Beschlüsse des Rates der Europäischen Union vom 22. April 2013 (2013/183/GASP), vom 14. April 2014 (2014/212/GASP), vom 8. Oktober 2014 (2014/700/GASP) und vom 2. Juli 2015 (2015/1066/GASP) sowie in Ausführung der Resolutionen 1718 (2006) vom 14. Oktober 2006, 1874 (2009) vom 12. Juni 2009, 2087 (2013) vom 22. Januar 2013, 2094 (2013) vom 7. März 2013 und 2270 (2016) vom 2. März 2016 des Sicherheitsrates der Vereinten Nationen1 verordnet die Regierung:
I.
Abänderung bisherigen Rechts
Die Verordnung vom 24. Oktober 2006 über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Volksrepublik Korea, LGBl. 2006 Nr. 208, in der geltenden Fassung, wird wie folgt abgeändert:

Furthermore, the KNIC headquarters Pyongyang is linked to Office 39 of the Korean Worker's Party, a designated entity.

Inkrafttreten
Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag nach der Kundmachung in Kraft.
