Verordnung
vom 20. Dezember 2016
über die Abänderung der Betäubungsmittelverordnung
Aufgrund von Art. 2a, 2c Abs. 1 und 2 sowie Art. 5 Abs. 3 des Gesetzes vom 20. April 1983 über die Betäubungsmittel und die psychotropen Stoffe (Betäubungsmittelgesetz; BMG), LGBl. 1983 Nr. 38, in der geltenden Fassung, verordnet die Regierung:

Abänderung bisherigen Rechts
Die Verordnung vom 28. April 2015 über die Betäubungsmittel und die psychotropen Stoffe (Betäubungsmittelverordnung; BMV), LGBl. 2015 Nr. 132, wird wie folgt abgeändert:
